Here's a healthy chicken broccoli casserole recipe that you can enjoy:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed or blanched
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chicken broth, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.

3. Add the cooked chicken breast and steamed or blanched broccoli florets tothe mixing bowl. Stir until the chicken and broccoli are evenly coated with the yogurt mixture.
