HOW TO USE:
Aromatherapy- Use 3 to 4 drops in your diffuser and enjoy the benefits.
Topical- To dilute essential oil, use a teaspoon of carrier oil (such as Jojoba, Sunflower, Olive, or Almond) and mix it with 1 drop of this oil. This is not necessary with the roll-on version as it is pre-diluted.
