Simple Garlic Parmesan Chicken Recipe

Here's a simple recipe that combines chicken and garlic for a flavorful and satisfying dish:

Garlic Parmesan Chicken:

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (you can use regular or panko)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub them to coat all sides evenly.

4. Press the garlic Parmesan mixture onto the chicken breasts, covering them completely with the mixture.

5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.

6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown and crispy.

7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
