Let's Prepare an Immune Boosting Juice!

Certainly! Here's a recipe for an immune-boosting juice packed with vitamins and antioxidants:

Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2 large carrots, washed and trimmed
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1 medium-sized beetroot, washed and trimmed
- Optional: a handful of fresh spinach or kale leaves

Instructions:
1. Prepare the fruits and vegetables by peeling and washing them.
2. Cut the oranges, lemon, carrots, ginger, and beetroot into smaller pieces to fit into your juicer.
3. If using, wash the spinach or kale leaves thoroughly.
4. Add the ingredients, including the optional spinach or kale, to a juicer and extract the juice.
5. Stir the juice well to combine all the flavors.
6. Pour the immune-boosting juice into a glass and serve immediately.

These are my favorite Juicing Glasses!  I also use them for my lemon water each morning and for my drinking water on my nightstand when I go to bed.  I hate the thought of something getting into my water when I'm sleeping and then drinking the water in the dark if I need a sip.  The lid is very helpful!  It's also my grab and go water bottle because I stay away from the plastic.
